How to Fix a “Multiple Patient Found” Alert in SutureHealth

Use the following steps to resolve alerts when a patient can’t be matched in the EMR:

🔔 1. Go to the Alert Section

  • Click on the Alerts icon in the top navigation bar.

🧾 2. Locate the “Patient Not Found” Alert

  • In the list of errors, look for the alert labeled “Patient Not Found.”
  • Click the Fix button next to it.

📝 3. Fill Out Patient Information

  • A form will appear on the left side panel.
  • Fill in the required fields:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Sex
    • Date of Birth

🔍 4. Apply the Search Filters

  • Click Apply to initiate the search against the EMR system.

✅ 5. Select the Correct Patient

  • Once the search completes, a list of matched patients will appear.
  • Find the correct one and click the Select button on the appropriate row.
