Follow these steps to add a new provider:
๐ง 1. Open Settings
- On the top navigation bar (navbar), click the gear icon (โ๏ธ).
๐งพ 2. Go to Billing
- From the dropdown menu, click on Billing.
๐ฅ 3. Navigate to Providers
- On the left-hand menu, select Providers.
๐ 4. View Existing Providers
- You will now see a list of all currently registered providers.
โย 5. Create a New Provider
- At the top of the page, under New Provider section.
- You can either:
- Select Guided Setup for step-by-step assistance, or
- Click Add without Guided Setup to proceed manually.
๐ย 6. Complete Provider Information
- Fill out all required fields (e.g., name, specialty, NPI, etc.).
- Follow the form steps until submission is complete.
- Once saved, the new provider will appear in the list.
7. Assign Provider to Department in the Billing Setting
- Go to settings > Billing
- On the sidebar click on
Provider Drop-Downs
tab - Select the departments that the providers have access to
- The columns are the providers and rows are department You need to match by clicking on the check box
