Revenue Overview

INTRODUCTION

The Revenue page allows any signer-side user to view and access information pertaining to all “billable” documents signed within your organization.

STEPS

What is the Revenue Page?

The Revenue page replaces the process of sending out “billing reports” by email.

  1. Shows RVU summary along the top
  2. Allows precise filtering for accurate and complete reports
  3. The Revenue Page can be accessed by two types of Users-
    1. Signer-Side users involved in the document’s workflow, including-
      1. Signing Physicians
      2. NPs and Collaborators
      3. Assistants
    2. Billing Administrators
      1. Not involved in the documents workflow and cannot view/download PDF documents
  4. Billing Admins can be added by any Org Administrators at a location

Filtering and Exporting reports

  1. Log in to SutureHealth
  2. Click the REVENUE tab in the website’s header
    1. From the drop-down menus near the top, choose-
      1. “Provider” - choose a specific or leave as ALL
      2. image
      3. “Statement” - choose a month or ALL
      4. “Report View” - shows additional columns
    2. Once the main filters are set, you can then narrow the results by various fields including-
      1. Specific Patient
      2. Range of Dates
    3. Now that the specified rows are set, click “Get Report”
      1. A .xlsx spreadsheet file will be download to your default download folder on your computer
      2. Look for a border pop-up for quick access to this file
    4. To run the report for documents signed more than 3 months ago-
      1. UPGRADE to get 12 months reporting
  3. Once the report is downloaded-
    1. Click your initials in the top-right corner
    2. Click ‘Logout’

Downloaded Reports

  1. All downloaded reports are saved as .xlsx spreadsheet files.
  2. This file type originates from Microsoft Excel and is the standard for spreadsheets
  3. If you are not able to open the reports automatically, try the following programs-
    1. Microsoft Excel
      1. Unless it is already installed, there generally is a cost involved
    2. Google Sheets
      1. Requires a Google account, Free, web-based
    3. LibreOffice
      1. Free, open-source, locally installed program. Recommended
  4. All of these three programs/services will allow you to view and interact with the downloaded reports. Each one has its own benefits, but all may require “Computer Administrator” privileges to be installed.

Printing Tips for Excel

  1. If the number of columns exceeds the page width:
    1. Remove(hide or delete) any unnecessary columns
    2. Change the page layout from Portrait to Landscape. This can be done:
      1. File > Page Setup > Layout
      2. File > Print > Layout
  2. If the number of pages being printed exceeds the content:
    1. From the Print menu: Choose how many or specifics on which page(s) to print
    2. Remove(hide or delete) any excess rows

RVU: Relative Value Unit. Used by Medicare to determine the amount of reimbursement to providers.

Org Administrators: Allows full management of users at specific locations

Billing Administrator: Allows interacting with REVENUE for the entire practice. Generally is not involved in the workflow of “signing documents”
