INTRODUCTION

SutureHealth allows document tracking for Signer-Side users via the ARCHIVE Page page. You can sort, filter, and download copies of documents as well as many other features by clicking ARCHIVE in the header when logged into your account

STEPS

Log In

  1. Log in to https://secure.suturesign.com/
  2. By default, the INBOX page will load
  3. In the website’s header, click ARCHIVE

Set your filters

  1. From the ARCHIVE, you will see 2 main drop-down menus labeled:
    1. “Status” - choose to ONLY show either signed, rejected, pending, or ALL
    2. “Filed” - documents that have been “Mark as Filed” by yourself or another staff member
  2. If you work at multiple offices or are an assistant to multiple signers, you may also have:
    1. “Office”
    2. “Signer”

Interacting with rows of documents

  1. The ARCHIVE page has row of “Action” buttons labeled as:
    1. Download - Download the selected documents.
    2. Mark as Filed - Mark the document filed.
    3. Export List -Export the selected documents into Excel format.
    4. Resend - Resend selected document to signer
  2. A few additional buttons to note:
    1. Clear Filters - resets inbox filters
    2. “▢ Include documents older than 1 year” checkbox
  3. Navigating multiple pages and Increasing the number of rows shown
  4. By default, 10 rows will show per page
  5. Underneath the grid of documents, you can
    1. View total count in the bottom-right
    2. Skip to another page or last/first
    3. Adjust to show up to 50 per page

Viewing, Downloading and Printing

  1. Single Document
    1. Locate the document’s row to open and click to open
      1. Aim for the center of the row when clicking
      2. Depending on your browser settings, the document may open in a new tab or new window
    2. The Document will be shown as a PDF in its current state(signed, rejected, pending)
    3. Click the Download button in the top-left
      1. A PDF file will be save to your computer’s default “Downloads” folder (your internet browser may ask additional naming or save location questions)
    4. Follow the white-lettered instructions at the top to print a copy
      1. Generally, you can just right-click directly on the document and click print within the drop-down menu
    5. Keep in mind, most “clicks”(send, view, approve, sign) are recorded for audit purposes and can be seen by all parties involved. Many users and our support team use this for troubleshooting and clarification. We are able to record if a document was downloaded, but will never be able to confirm or verify if a document was ever printed.
  2. Multiple documents
    1. Filter and locate the documents that you want to print.
    2. Check ON the ▢checkboxes on the left-side of each document’s row
    3. Click the Download button
    4. A ZIP file will be save to your computer’s default “Downloads” folder (your internet browser may ask additional naming or save location questions)

Re-sending Documents

Note: Only rejected or retracted documents can be resent

  1. Filter and locate the document(s) that you wish to resend
  2. Click the checkboxes on the left-side of each document’s row
  3. Click the Resend button
  4. This will send the document back the signer's inbox and show as “pending”

DocumentID

  1. SutureHealth assigns a unique DocumentID to every document sent. This DocumentID can be found in multiple places:
    1. On the far right column on the document’s row on the ARCHIVE page
    2. On the top/header of the History pop-up window
    3. On the lower left corner of the document’s PDF file
  2. Searching by DocumentID
    1. locate the column labeled DocumentID search box by scrolling to the far right side of your screen
    2. Move your cursor and click inside the rectangular text box and start typing the DocumentID number
    3. Once the DocumentID appears in a drop down list click on the text to pinpoint

TIPS

  • Viewing Document History - locate the document(s) you wish to view the history for.Click on the blue clock icon to the left of the document entry .This will enable a pop up window containing a detailed report of the documents history
  • Viewing Rejection Reason - Use the scroll bar to view the column labeled “REJECTION REASON ” Click on the word ''more'' typed in blue text to expand the rejection reason entry. This will display additional information about the rejection and provide the signer's office contact information. You can also click to open the document and scroll down to the additional last page to view the rejection reason
