INTRODUCTION
This article will provide step by step instructions on how to add and remove users to SutureHealth.

STEPS
Adding A New User
- Log in to your SutureHealth Account
- SutureHealth: www.secure.suturehealth.com
- Once logged into your account, look to the top right hand side of the screen and click on the gray circle containing your initials.
- Under the heading, Organizations, Select the organization you would like to add a user to.
- A page containing the tabs, profile and users, will appear.
- Click on the “Users” tab.
- On the right side of the page, click on “Add New”.
- Fill out the requested information under the headings ‘Personal ‘ ‘Contact’ and ‘Professional ‘ . After entering the email address in the contact section, the username will auto-populate making both the username and the email address exactly the same.
- Once you have completed filling out all of the fields , click ‘Create User’ at the bottom of the screen.
Removing An Existing User
- Log in to your SutureHealth Account
- SutureHealth: www.secure.suturehealth.com
- Once logged into your account, look to the top right hand side of the screen and click on the gray circle containing your initials.
- Under the heading, Organizations, Select the organization you would like to add a user to.
- A page containing the tabs, profile and users, will appear.
- Click on the “Users” tab.
- Locate the user you want to remove and select the user by clicking on their name which should be displayed in blue letters.
- Once the users profile page appears , scroll down to the “Office Access’ Section
- Deselect the offices you no longer want the user to have access to.
- Click “Update User” to save all changes and remove access.
TIPS
- With a non-enterprise/free account, SutureHealth account admins are responsible for adding and removing users and making adjustments to your company's SutureHealth profile.
- If you have a Sending account you can have up to three free users (admin(s) are included in those 3 users). If you would like to add more than three users please feel free to reach out to our Sales Team at sales@suturehealth.com for more information about becoming an Enterprise client with SutureHealth.
